1. Overview We want you to love your purchase from The Gifted Gull. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
2. Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us via our website at thegiftedgull.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
